the holding space

A place to put things down without falling apart.

This is a monthly gathering held in quiet containment.

There is no agenda to advance. No insight to reach. No part of you that needs to be explained, shared, or improved.

The Holding Space exists as a pause inside otherwise demanding seasons.

Grounding the Year

A Human Design Holding Space

Sunday, January 17
9:30–11 a.m. PT

$44.00

The beginning of the year carries a quiet question most of us rush past. What actually wants to be built next?

This New Moon in Capricorn Holding Space is an invitation to slow down and listen before deciding, committing, or pushing forward.

Together, we will explore Human Design foundations and guided future visioning to help you orient toward 2026 from inner knowing rather than pressure. Not to set goals, but to clarify what feels true, sustainable, and worth tending.

This is a space to tune into how you want your life to feel and what kind of structure would actually support that feeling.

Clearing the Channel

A Breathwork &. Sound Healing Holding Space

Tuesday, February 17
5–6:30 p.m. PT

$44.00

After intentions are set, something else often arrives: Doubt. Friction. Old voices. Resistance in the body.

This Holding Space circle is designed to meet that moment, where what you named begins to be tested, and parts of you start to respond.

Through breathwork and sound, we will work directly with what is surfacing. An activating breath practice followed by a crystal quartz sound bath will support moving stuck energy and restoring clarity.

This is a space to meet shadow without judgment and to release what no longer needs to lead by allowing the body to participate in the shift.

Rest for Becoming

A Yoga Nidra Holding Space

Thursday, March 19
5–6:30 p.m. PT

$44.00

By the time growth becomes visible, something inside has already shifted.

The Spring Equinox marks a moment of balance, when forward movement begins to feel more natural and less forced. This Holding Space circle offers a guided Yoga Nidra practice to support the body as it integrates what has already changed.

Together, we will create a steady, grounded space for the nervous system to rest and reorganize. Through deep, intentional rest, the body is given time to release old patterns and settle into new rhythms.

You are invited to arrive, rest, and be supported as the next phase takes hold.

The posture of the space

The Holding Space is a monthly virtual circle for people who are high-functioning, self-aware, and stretched thin.

It’s a place to slow the pace just enough to feel what’s actually happening underneath the day-to-day, without pressure to perform or change anything immediately.

Each circle is guided and contained. You’re invited to participate in ways that feel right for you: quietly, actively, or somewhere in between.

There is no fixing here. No advice-giving. No obligation to share.

How the gatherings are held

Each circle is lightly guided and intentionally contained. The guidance is there to hold the space, not to lead the experience. Every time, the focus stays the same: create enough safety and structure that your system can soften without losing its edge.

Practices may include:

  • Somatic awareness or movement (e.g., yoga, dance, etc.)

  • Breathwork to support release and regulation

  • Guided reflection or journaling

  • Meditation or visualization

  • Energetic support (such as reiki)

  • Astrological or lunar context for seasonal orientation

  • "This is a testimonial. This is a testimonial."

    Ilene K.

  • "This is a testimonial. This is a testimonial."

    Adriana W.

  • "This is a testimonial. This is a testimonial."

    Jess B.
