My Approach
Private coaching with me isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong.” We slow down enough to see what you’ve been agreeing to, unconsciously. We meet what’s there without performance, smoothing, or optics. And, we work in the context of your choices, your relationships, your boundaries, and your day-to-day life.
The work is real, somatic, lived, not intellectual.
